  • 1. How can my relatives abroad send money to me through the Swift channel?
    The sender needs to provide the following information to their bank in the host country:

    Beneficiary Bank: BANK FOR FOREIGN TRADE OF VIETNAM
    Address: 198 Tran Quang Khai, Hanoi, Vietnam
    Swift code: BFTVVNVX

    Beneficiary:
    + Full name and account number (for savings account or non-term deposit account) of the recipient if they have an account at Vietcombank or another bank.
    + Full name, address, ID/passport number, and date and place of issue (if the recipient does not have an account at the bank).



  • 2. Will my relatives need to pay any fees when receiving money?
    Recipients in Vietnam do not need to pay any fees when receiving money at Vietcombank's transaction points or branches.
  • 3. If my relatives want to receive money in VND, which exchange rate will be applied?
    For remittances received in foreign currency, if you want to receive in VND, Vietcombank will apply the daily announced buying exchange rate.
