Vietcombank and Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation (GTEL) have just launched a service to link Vietcombank accounts with GtelPay e-wallet to help customers flexibly link and deposit/withdraw money between wallets and payment accounts.
The service applies to customers who have a Vietcombank current account and have activated VCB Digibank digital banking. To link accounts, customers only need to follow the steps as follows:
| LINK VIETCOMBANK ACCOUNT - GTELPAY WALLET Step 1: Log in to GtelPay E-Wallet. Step 2: Select Account >> Manage Tags/Account >> Link Now. Step 3: Select Vietcombank and enter your phone number to use VCB Digibank. Step 4: The bank checks and sends authentication information to the customer. Step 5: The client authenticates and completes the link. |
After successful linking, customers can make: (i) Deposit money from their account to GtelPay E-Wallet; (ii) and Withdraw funds from GTelPay E-Wallet to the payment account.
In the first 24 hours when the link is successful, customers can deposit/withdraw with a limit of 2 million VND/transaction. After 24 hours from the successful linking, customers can deposit/withdraw with a maximum limit of 50 million VND/transaction and 100 million VND/day.
Customers are free of charge for account linking and deposit/withdrawal transactions with GTELPay E-Wallet.
