Biometric authentication via National Population Database

As part of the Government's policy to implement biometric information authentication for individuals and businesses, Vietcombank has rapidly connected to the National Population Database and now offers the most comprehensive methods for biometric updates. Currently, nearly 11 million Vietcombank customers have successfully updated their biometric information, making the bank a leader in this area among Vietnamese banks. At the event, Vietcombank also demonstrated real-time updates of the number of customers who have provided biometric data.

Payment platform for Government agencies

In support of national digital transformation, Vietcombank provides payment platforms for numerous State agencies and organizations across various sectors. These platforms contribute significantly to digitizing financial management, enabling individuals and businesses to pay taxes, fees, hospital bills, tuition, and more, as well as receive payments from the State budget securely and efficiently, at any time and from anywhere.
