Customer Requirements

1. Service Usage Conditions

- The customer must have registered for VCB’s digital banking services (VCB-iBanking/CashUp)

- A valid digital signature at the time of disbursement is required, including the Organization’s digital signature and that of the legal representative.

2. Individuals Engaged in Transactions

- The Organization must have a Chief Accountant or an individual responsible for accounting registered with Vietcombank.

- The final approver must be the Legal Representative or an authorized individual with a digital signature registered with Vietcombank.

3. Loan Agreement

- The short-term loan agreement must be valid and in effect.

- The loan purpose is in compliance with VCB's regulations applicable in each period.
